Really responsive company quoted and within 48 hours was able to send someone down to undertake the asbestos survey.
The engineer was called Ryan (Birmingham) and he was exceptionally professional and provided a lot of assistance and guidance.

In particular the admin side of organising the survey etc was excellent (Elaine Jones deserves a lot of praise for brilliant communication). The survey was reasonably priced and took a few samples from the house, one of which did turn up (surprisingly) as positive, which alone makes it worth doing!

overall very happy but it would have been good to have had 30 days of credit as i have had to pay for the survey up front & will not receive any reimbursement from my customer until at least 30 days from sending the survey.
