The Asbestos survey on our church hall went very smoothly, the surveyor arrived on time and was done very thoroughly. For a young man (I say young as I’m 74) displayed his many years expedience in the way he assured his confidence in explaining the materials he was finding but taking several samples for testing. The results came back in just a few days confirming what he had found, reassuring us the hall is low risk and safe to use.

The report supply with technical details, sample results and ranges for the sample results and actions needed. However it'd be useful to have more detailed case by case information as it seems that most of the text is standardized. Good overall.

I was most impressed by the level of service that I received from the Supernova Group.
My initial enquiry was by telephone on a Tuesday morning, I wanted a Fire Risk Assessment and an Asbestos Survey for the communal area in a property that had been converted into three separate dwellings. The person I spoke to was very helpful and able to offer me an appointment for both surveys on the Friday of that week.
The Surveyor arrived, having updated me by text of his arrival time. The surveys were carried out and I was told that I would have the reports by the following Wednesday. I received the Asbestos report on the Monday and the Fire Risk Assessment report on the Tuesday.
The fact that the whole process was completed within one week I find impressive.
I will definitely use The Supernova Group moving forward and I do not hesitate to recommend them for your survey requirements.

We used supernova for an asbestos check on a house we we buying. I found everything about working with Supernova to be great! The survey was arranged within a couple of days and we had the report a couple of days after that so it was a very quick turnaround from our initial enquiry.
Annabel was very communicative and helpful and when we had a couple of questions they were answered promptly and clearly.
I found the survey to be thorough and the report was detailed. I consider the price to be very reasonable considering the high level of service we received. We would use Supernova again and would not hesitate to recommend.
