I contacted Supernova who arranged an appointment for two days later. The surveyor arrived on time and did the necessary. The reports arrived the following day, with no issues found. Excellent service.

The reports were delivered very quickly following the surveys which was super helpful when in the middle of selling a property. Thank you.

Amazing experience from start to finish. From my initial enquiry right through to the site visit and then receiving the survey. Joel answered all my questions, and never made me feel like I had a silly question! This was for an inherited property that requires a full refurb. Contractors we had were slightly nervous to begin work without confirming there was no asbestos in the property, so it put our mind (and theirs) at rest when we only found the garage to be an issue, which we expected anyway.
James came out on the site visit and was friendly and approachable, arrived on time and carried out a prompt inspection taking care where needed for parts of the house that didn't need a fully renovation. Survey was completed on the Friday and we received our report Tuesday afternoon! Thanks all!
If in doubt of your property having asbestos I'd thoroughly recommend Supernova. Well worth the money and as quick and effective as you could ever expect.
