Product was well packed with bubble wrap without any damage (nicks, dents, scratches, etc.) to the product. Would highly recommend this company for custom fabrication of architectural details that you will not find in big box stores, or even in quality lumber yards,. They are truly a step above and I will keep their contact info in my reference file for future use. I would give them 5 stars without any hesitation. (Unfortunately, the "Write a Review" section of their site doesn't identify which indicator circles correspond to the star numbers. Hopefully I guessed correctly.)

Everything we discussed and things he assured me, such as fit, quality, service, and timeframes were exactly as discussed. The product itself “gable brackets”
Were exceptional in quality, and fit perfectly on our home.
As far as I’m concerned TimberBuild was one of our favorite subcontractors on our new home. I would recommend to all and you can rest assured you are in good hands. Thanks to Jacob and the team for great service, amazing craftsmanship, and doing what you say you’re going to do.

We finally completed our third floor porch using the 3 brackets. Overall they look great and we’ve had some nice feedback on their appearance. However, when we removed them from packing materials there were a few deep gouges. We’ve installed them strategically so as to conceal said gouges. Aside from that they are a wonderful addition to the building!
