Excellent customer care staff. Very knowledgable and helped me understand the different options out there to get what was ultimately best for my situation. Specifically, the rep helped me understand the advantages of a structural modification to the bracket (which I ultimately elected to get). All brackets were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Absolutely would choose TimberBuild again.
