The product was delivered ahead of schedule personally by Jacob and a co-worker. All the cedar was so beautifully made and each piece was perfect.

I have twice purchased decorative outdoor corbels from Timber Build. The whole experience was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and find designs I like. When I ordered online, I was so surprised by the wonderful customer service. It was so easy to submit my custom measurements and get a mock-up quickly. Instead of being an online only experience, one of the customer service representatives (Jacob) called me to finalize the design and arrange payment. He then followed up with status emails throughout the production process. Jacob was so friendly and helpful. I’m a huge fan of Timber Build and refer all my friends who need decorative woodworking.

Jacob, you are the expert. I sent the simple staircase design we've discussed based on the photos we've exchanged and the single photo I sent you entitled "FULL TIMBER STAIRS". When we have that design outcome, we will have the simple design we're seeking including balustrades, nosing, primary and secondary posts, landing and handrails above. Please feel free to focus on the essentials including landings, treads, risers, and other stair parts, as well as stringers and handrails to segment the landing/platform above. The gable will achieve our expectations for the final outcome and review. Don't hesitate to make your design suggestions.
Please realize that the nomenclature I've used is no doubt confusing because I don't know the names of all of the stair parts involved in the design work ahead. Thanks for your patience, Peter.

The ability to talk with him in person along w email correspondence made the whole process streamlined and efficient. The attentiveness to our order was of great help to our company.
