Ordered custom made brackets for an awning and many gable brackets. The workmanship was top notch. I ordered rough cedar, not as rough as my previous order. You usually can smell cedar and this wood had no smell? My biggest disappointment was that 90% of the wood was a chocolate brown? Never seen cedar of this color. So my Cedar tone stain didn't do anything but seal the wood. Make sure you request what color wood you are expecting

Working with Jacob Stacho and TimberBuild was such a simple and enjoyable process. He answered all of my questions immediately, shipped and delivered within 1 week of order. My contractor told me it was the best cedar product he had seen and would highly recommend this company to future clients. All pieces had been labeled and packaged with care with labels being easily removed because someone had thoughtfully and purposely folded a corner making the removal seamless. These little steps show this company has taken great detail in making their product simple, perfect and beautiful to work with and look at! BRAVO!!!
