I ordered two Wood Bracket's (14T4) from ProWood Market to replace the columns that held up my front porch - in order to replace old wooden steps with new granite ones. My Google search pointed me to the Prowood Market website and the product I needed. It was very easy to navigate the extremely well laid out site and the order process was extremely easy. I called into Prowood Market a few days later to enquire as to when I would be receiving the brackets and was spoken to by a very helpful associate who immediately checked on the order and advised me they were currently being built and when they would arrived. The brackets arrived on time and in great condition - wrapped carefully and securely. The brackets were perfect and have helped transform the front of my house - I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a high quality product.

Jacob kept me posted throughout the process with updates and pictures and the door was delivered just when they said it would be delivered. I was a bit nervous framing my opening exactly to the specs but the door was perfect! Oh, and the packaging for shipping was amazing.... Definitely my mistake, but something to keep in mind. You and I did discuss thicker backplate but I didn't fully understand why at the time. Good to know for future projects! Thanks
