I had two custom brackets made from a sketch I submitted. The communication from Jacob and the entire team during the design and manufacturing process was exceptional. Brackets were manufactured and shipped in the agreed upon time frame. One small hiccup occurred during shipping, which the ProWood Market team quickly resolved. The communication and follow thru was phenomenal. The brackets are of excellent construction and worked out perfectly. Customer service was perfect! I highly recommend ProWood Market and will use the company again for bracket needs.

After much research, Pro Wood Market was selected for 7 large custom made gable brackets. Everything from the very first call to delivery was first class. Workmanship is unprecedented. Very high end. Highly recommended!

The corbels are exactly as they were when house was constructed in 1927. Luckily had pictures and ghost line measurements on siding that Prowood created exactly. They are so professional and canāt believe how they got design dead on. Thank you so much!!

The corbels arrived about 7-10 days after I ordered just as promised, packaging was very secure. Highly recommend this product. Plan to order again for some new projects!

I ordered two Wood Bracket's (14T4) from ProWood Market to replace the columns that held up my front porch - in order to replace old wooden steps with new granite ones. My Google search pointed me to the Prowood Market website and the product I needed. It was very easy to navigate the extremely well laid out site and the order process was extremely easy. I called into Prowood Market a few days later to enquire as to when I would be receiving the brackets and was spoken to by a very helpful associate who immediately checked on the order and advised me they were currently being built and when they would arrived. The brackets arrived on time and in great condition - wrapped carefully and securely. The brackets were perfect and have helped transform the front of my house - I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone needing a high quality product.
