Very pleased with your wood product. The braces had no defects in them at all and the color matching was pretty good, I was impressed. The only reason I gave a four star rating was because three of the lag bolts broke during installation. The hole were predrilled and a hammer drill used going into treated wood. they defiantly need to be better.

Josh and everyone at PWM were so attentive and patient. They worked from pictures I sent and then sent several drawings/options for me to choose from. The computerized drawings were so precise and visual; I had confidence that the investment would be worth it. They listened to my ideas and concerns, and made everything without a trip to their facilities. They were shipped quickly, and the difference in our house is stunning. It went from an eyesore to WOW! Highly, highly recommend!

Brackets were manufactured and shipped in the agreed upon time frame. One small hiccup occurred during shipping, which the ProWood Market team quickly resolved. The communication and follow thru was phenomenal. The brackets are of excellent construction and worked out perfectly. Customer service was perfect! The corbels are exactly as they were when house was constructed in 1927. Luckily had pictures and ghost line measurements on siding that Prowood created exactly. They are so professional and can’t believe how they got design dead on. Thank you so much!!
