Jacob kept me posted throughout the process with updates and pictures and the door was delivered just when they said it would be delivered. I was a bit nervous framing my opening exactly to the specs but the door was perfect! Oh, and the packaging for shipping was amazing.... DEFINITELY a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!!! Thanks guys!!!

The only hiccup is that in installing the corbel, we discovered that the attachment bolts could not be countersunk (and hidden) since I had specified a 2 x back plate. Definitely my mistake, but something to keep in mind. You and I did discuss thicker backplate but I didn't fully understand why at the time. Good to know for future projects! Thanks
