I couldn't be more pleased with both the customer service and with the final product. I am rather particular, and Jacob was amazing to work with. We added a couple of custom aspects to our gable brackets, and, while most gable brackets out there are blah, ours are unusual, and are like works of art. We love them, and get compliments on them all the time. The wood was high quality, and the shipping and customer service was top-rate. We hope to use this company again in the future.

I was recently remodeling my front porch on my 27 year old home my wife & I retired into 2 years ago and decided to go with a craftsman style look using 8 cedar knee braces.
I retired after working 40 years for an architectural millwork company and was used to milling most of my own pieces but when I came across ProWoods products along with their prices and time frame I decided to give them a try. I have to say the whole process from start to finish has been perfect.
The pc.s I received along with the service were exactly as I hoped for. But the best part was how quickly they were produced and shipped.
I would highly recommend ProWood market and plan on using them again myself for another outdoor project coming up next spring.

We've ordered corner brackets and a gable bracket from ProWoodMarket, I'm a woodworker and our contractor is as well. It just isn't worth the time and effort to build these decorative pieces when you can buy them perfectly made. You don't have to settle for caulking a slight gap in a joint you could have done better. Just order from someone who builds these time and time again, day in and day out.
