I purchased two gable brackets that were large and heavy. I requested a specific shipment date and they were shipped and arrived on the agreed upon date. I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I thought I would need a dolly to off load by myself. However, the truck arrived with a pallet loader and off loaded into my garage. Love your craftsmanship and customer relations. ProWood you are real pros. Thank you so very much! Will send pictures when installed!

They sent out a new bracket immediately and I received it very quickly.

I also provided dimensions that would have caused issues. Jacob caught it and convinced me to let them calculate the width of the arch based on the roof pitch. It fits like a glove. I'd recommend ProWood Market for your next project.

We added a couple of custom aspects to our gable brackets, and, while most gable brackets out there are blah, ours are unusual, and are like works of art. We love them, and get compliments on them all the time. The wood was high quality, and the shipping and customer service was top-rate. We hope to use this company again in the future.
