Excellent company to work with, very accommodating and helpful, making sure that all of the details are correct for your application.
In my application it was not all stock items due to the sizes I required for my pergola and peak designs. Jacob worked with me and their engineering crew to come up with custom sizes all while thinking about what will be the most economical way of assembling it and shipping charges.
Once received the product was nothing but quality and fit and function was perfect.
I strongly recommend Pro Wood Market for any specialty wood products you may need.

I purchased two gable brackets that were large and heavy. I requested a specific shipment date and they were shipped and arrived on the agreed upon date. I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I thought I would need a dolly to off load by myself. However, the truck arrived with a pallet loader and off loaded into my garage. I also provided dimensions that would have caused issues. Jacob caught it and convinced me to let them calculate the width of the arch based on the roof pitch. It fits like a glove. I'd recommend ProWood Market for your next project.
