Contacts – Getting Started

Create a contact when editing a Quote

  1. Start typing the name or email into the ‘To’ field.
  2. Hit ‘Create a new Contact’.
  3. Enter a First Name, Last Name, and Email. You can optionally add a Company, Phone, Address etc.
  4. Hit ‘Create Contact’.

Managing contacts in Quotient under Contacts

Add a new Contact:

  1. Hit ‘New Contact’.
  2. A Contact can be a Person or Company (click to change).
  3. Enter all relevant details.
  4. Hit ‘Create Contact’.

When viewing a Contact you can:

  • View all Quotes sent to that particular Contact.
  • From an Address, click through to Google Maps.
  • Archive (via ‘Actions’).
  • Delete & Merge with another Contact (via ‘Actions’).
