Great people and product. We had an issue with the concreter who laid the platform for the fence to low and as we have small dogs they could have got out. We spoke to Big Country about this issue and they sorted the issue…

Great people and product. We had an issue with the concreter who laid the platform for the fence to low and as we have small dogs they could have got out. We spoke to Big Country about this issue and they sorted the issue by putting in filler panels under the fence, it was a great solution and outcome. Highly recommend this product and company. Just a heads up, they are really busy so expect some lag time from order to install.

I would highly recommend Big Country PVC Fencing to anyone looking for a durable, easy to maintain and great looking fence. After having a less than desirable experience with another fencing provider, the team at Big Country was a breath of fresh air. They communicated well and did an excellent job on the installation. The new front fence was the finishing touch that our house needed and looks much better than the timber fence we originally planned.
Also, when you add in all of the maintenance costs associated with a wood fence their pricing was very reasonable, in fact, our break even was less than 6 years.

It was so easy to deal with Big Country PVC Fencing, unlike other trade companies that I have dealt with in the past. Every call and email was answered and Troy (owner) was great with providing his assistance with expert advice when designing our fence. Their installers were well mannered and professional with completing the installation of our fence too; old fashioned service as they say.
I would not hesitate in using Big Country PVC Fencing again for any fence projects and I continually recommend them to people looking for a new fence.

After much research and being able to actually view the product we chose Big Country because of their sales service. All our questions were answered even whilst the actual erection of the fence was taking place. Our fence builder/handyman had never see one of these fences before so it was very helpful being able to talk to the business owner. However, we would suggest that Big Country post more detailed footage of erecting the fence on utube.
We were very happy with the price and have received many compliments on it and how much it suits our Hamptons style home. Even our house building supervisor thought it was fantastic and has decided to use the same materials himself!
When the wrong gate was supplied they didn’t hesitate to replace it with the correct one!! Great service!!
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Big Country pvc fencing!

Our main reasons for choosing Big Country Fencing over others came down to personalised service, communication and prompt installation. No more rotting fence posts, or faded fence palings or visits from pesky termites that love acreage sites. A stunning fence with little to no maintenance at all, exactly what our busy family was after.
