Requested a return to rectify a letterbox that wasn't quiet square and was completed within the following day.

A fence is one of the first impressions of your home, when choosing one there are many choices, one of the least used is PVC.
When we were looking to give PVC a try, we came across Big Country PVC Fencing, our first impression was of a reputable company, with a great quality and aesthetic product.
Then we engaged on the sales process and had the good luck of having Katelyn as our contact, from the beginning she was very helpful and accommodating. I ask a lot of questions, Katelyn always answered them promptly and in the most helpful way.
Installation was arranged and coordinated by Big Country PVC fencing, again it was a real pleasure to deal with a very sound, organized and detail oriented company, locally based so quickly available to answer our queries. They were also very open to listen to our feedback or special requirements and always did their best to cater for them in a very friendly manner.
I will not hesitate for a minute to recommend Big Country PVC fencing over and over, which we had already since so many people ask us about the fence that looks so good !

Other than the length of time it takes to receive PVC fencing from Big Country (not helped by terrible couriers) the product is outstanding. Easy to assemble, durable and looks amazing. We constantly have people stopping and asking what type of fence we have and where we got it from. It’s so good my husband who is a builder is recommending it to clients who are looking for a low maintenance, long lasting fence. Katelyn was also really good to deal with. Communication was excellent.

Getting someone out to quote was hard from anywhere who does PVC but once quote was done and accepted, everything moved really fast. Onsite team were professional and tidy but lost one star because they filled my bins right after being collected, when they had a whole trailer available to them. Fence looks incredible and if anything I need their card glued on so I stop getting so many requests where it was from. Highly recommend and would use this company again in future.

We live in Emerald QLD and really wanted a fence that wouldn't need regular upkeep due to sun damage, we had an old wooden picket fence that needed so much maintenance- PVC fencing was an obvious decision and we couldn't be happier. Big Country talked us through every step, answered our calls late on Friday afternoons as we planned our fencing weekend ahead; organised the best transport company and supported us via phone every step of the way- making our DIY installation a breeze. We are stopped by neighbours telling us how much they love the fence and have had a few notes in our Big Country mailbox asking for fencing recommendations. Would recommend a thousand times over, we love our new fence- thanks Big Country. Ps the postie loves the mailbox.
