I can't thank A Grade Air enough. Had another A/C company to look over our ageing ducted system, only to be advised that we needed to replace the whole system. Then we had A Grade Air come to site for a second opinion, and to our amazement, we only required to replace a fan motor which was approximately 10% of the cost of a new system. Once quote was received, and accepted, and the spare part sourced, the job was professionally & quickly installed. Thanks

They diagnosed the problem accurately, ordered the part in promptly & fitted the new circuit board with great skill to get the air con going again - despite rain starting as soon as the technician started working on our compressor! But the clever young man had an umbrella & my hubby held it over the technician & the new circuit board until it was skilfully installed.
We’re very pleased with Agradeair & think that technician deserves heaps more rewards😉

I hired A Grade Air to fix a malfunctioning air con unit and install two more units. Elliot fixed the broken unit on the same day and provided me with a quote for the additional units promptly. The units were installed with care and they even came back the next day to fix one of the units that had gone faulty due to a gecko making a home out of the power board. Only room for improvement is communication. The technicians arrived a few hours late (9am scheduled start time) but did not communicate an ETA until after 11 am.
