I hired A Grade Air to fix a malfunctioning air con unit and install two more units. Elliot fixed the broken unit on the same day and provided me with a quote for the additional units promptly. The units were installed with care and they even came back the next day to fix one of the units that had gone faulty due to a gecko making a home out of the power board. Only room for improvement is communication. The technicians arrived a few hours late (9am scheduled start time) but did not communicate an ETA until after 11 am.

When we contacted A Grade Air regarding an update to our ducted air conditioning system, this what occurred:
1. Elliott suggested a prompt meeting at our home, and at a time convenient to us.
2. During the meeting he thoroughly inspected our current system in the roof space, and scoped out the work to be done. No other supplier did this. He also provided a full explanation of the work to be done, and described how A Grade would proceed.
3. Following our meeting a detailed and very competitive quote was promptly provided, via email.
4. Elliott then provided prompt and satisfactory answers regarding minor issues that we were concerned about.
5. The job was carried out about 10 working days after we accepted the quote, and was effectively completed in one working day. A Grades staff were professional, pleasant and tidy.
We have since recommended A Grade to others !

A Grade Air installed a multi split air conditioning system in my much treasured heritage listed home. I was particularly concerned that the installation would be done with the minimum of physical and visual impact on the building and without inconveniencing the occupants. Elliot listened to my concerns and was thorough in his pre installation advice and quotation. The latter included useful photomontage illustrations of the installation.
The A Grade installation team lived up to the company name, providing timely, careful and courteous service, including a thorough clean up before leaving the site. I have no hesitation in recommending this contractor to others.

There were a few challenges for them due to a complex and old switchboard and one of the air conditioners not working due to a factory omission. All problems were quickly identified and dealt with and while still need to replace the defective item I am very happy with my A grade Air experience
