Firstly, many thanks to you and your team for the excellent way in which the installation of your solar system was handled. The service was impressive.
We are pleased with the performance of the system thus far, and the ease with which it can be managed. The information provided by the phone app is very useful and, although it is early days yet (we have had the system for just three weeks), we have reduced our electricity usage from the national grid considerably and we no longer really notice the dreaded load-shedding.
I think that we may benefit from a second battery in the winter, so will get back to you for a quote in the New Year.
