I really have to thank you for your prompt attention and very informative service over the first 36 hours of engagement. I soon felt confident that I had chosen the appropriate product in line with your recommendation and that I also had the correct partner in George. Your website certainly swayed me when I was searching online for possible vendors. This choice was confirmed with someone locally that also had a very good impression of Powerhour Solar though he had never actually dealt with the company.
The installation went off without any hitches, and curved balls were quickly resolved. One issue that I queried a few days after installation, although a personal preference matter, was immediately resolved. The admin trail was efficiently handled throughout the process.

The advice and quotation were thorough and detailed, the delivery dates were accurate and concise and the communication prior to the delivery dates were verbally communicated well in advance. The work was executed professionally, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. You have a winning team in Stefan and his crew for the inverter installation and Gladwell and his crew for the panel installation, both teams were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to explain the technicalities of the various pieces of equipment. Enjoyed their enthusiasm and vibrancy while on site.
Well done POWERHOUR would highly recommend you for a total solution with regards solar installations.

One tiny and very personal niggle: being a better reader than listener I just wish I'd been given a printed battery management manual straight away instead of having to have it explained verbally and still not quite understanding! I also note that this manual has been ( very well) produced in- house. Does that mean that Sun Sink does not produce one? I think that managing the battery is vital to maximize "free" solar energy.

Backup support is good. The only time when I realize there is load shedding is when the geyser control system light is off. Thank you for an excellent job done. I will recommend POWERHOUR SOLAR TO EVERYBODY.

Spoke to Riaan just now about a Mecer UPS... He's the first guy that I can clearly see who actually knows what he's talking about, and I've spoken to a few "experts" already. Riaan showed me the Maths, and explained with pictures, so I could easily understand what he was saying. He doesn't ask you, "What's your budget?" He starts by determining the load that needs to be carried, so that he can know how strong the system needs to be, and then he determines how long that load needs to be carried, in order to determine the battery size. Only then does he start talking budget. This is how it is supposed to be done. Thanks, Riaan. You'll hear from me soon again. :D
