I find both inverter and battery very quiet - only a slight hum when charging, and not at all disturbing - as I was assured it would be. I have had no problems, a few months on, and am confident that if there were one, it would be followed up on and attended to.

Both times their service was excellent, completed before the expected completion date and their workmanship is second to none!
They are absolutely professional from first contact until the completion of the project and their after sales service is just as rewarding as the whole installation process.

I recently moved from Mpumalanga to George and did some research on companies that could provide me with a good solar system with a proven after-sales and support record. I am very happy to have chosen Powerhour Solar, as they installed a SunSynk system which meets all our needs. They installed it on the days agreed and have done a very professional job. A few days later I had power pushing back into the grid which tripped my pre-paid meter. After a phone call to them, they re-set the inverter on the app from their office and the problem was solved within minutes. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have peace of mind.

The quotation looked professional and the communication throughout was tops. We were never "left in the dark" with this team. The technical installer was quick, knew his trade, was very supportive with aftersales communication and general questions that arose.
