The sales team acted fast, which is the great advantage, but too fast, too furious))) They sent us the items straight away regardless this was a quote request initially, but that is good. What is counted as disadvantage that we still did not receive the plates, the platforms to stand on these great quality moving ladders which makes them just a decoration to our workshop at the current stage. They were promised to be send by courier, but we are still waiting. Otherwise, all good!

Only issue we have with trolleys purchased, is we always have to support the bench tops along the sides with 40mm angle. The tops are too long not to be strengthened. Thanks

Great service. The castors that were recommended were perfect. The only negative was that my emails kept bouncing back multiple times because your system thought they were 'suspected of being spam'. Very frustrating.
