WHP (Dom) was one of the three contractors that we asked to quote on ducted heating and cooling. We were looking for a contractor who listened, obviously had a superb understanding of the installation challenges, took on board willingly our requirement to install without hassle and ensure that external installation was as best as could be achieved in terms of positioning conduit etc to blend in with our house. He was thoroughly pleasant and agreeable and we would recommend without hesitation. Interestingly, he also provided a competitive quote.

There was one small problem: in my quote acceptance email I was given an installation date along with a promise that this would be confirmed closer to the date. This never happened, so on the afternoon of the day before the proposed date I rang to confirm it was going ahead. Unfortunately none of the several phone numbers I tried were answered, so I left a message. Later that day I did get a reply and confirmation that the installers were coming, but there was a period of uncertainty.

Hi there the advice that Dom gave us as to which heat pumps to install was excellent and the boys from WHP did a really good job with installing our heat pumps.
I don’t think we have run them above half yet. Most of the time they are just idling at the lowest setting - not sure if that is the most economical way to use them ? ( quiet too )
We should have done a long time ago. It is so nice at the end of the day to walk into a nice warm dry house.
