This is the second time we have hired Dan's Flooring. The first time was for refinishing only; this time involved both flooring installation and refinishing. The entire Dan's team was top notch. There was no dancing around the scope of work or price, and they were very upfront about the project start date and how long it would take. And they hit every milestone. Arrive on time, head down, get to work, work all day, get it done. No nonsense or delays. Their prices are more than fair, and the craftsmanship of the work is admirable. I would highly recommend Dan's Flooring.

Dan’s proposal provided background material clearly explaining the options, processes and costs which was very helpful and much appreciated. Dan’s was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent, the work area was cleaned meticulously and the price was very fair. My new floors are gorgeous! So happy with the results - would definitely use Dan’s again. Recommend this company highly.

The contract process is the best I have seen. All the options and FAQ's are upfront so choosing what we want is instantly reflected in the quote. On accepting the quote, Jimmy is available anytime to answer questions and make sure that we are satisfied.
Scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time and everything went as expected.
We were given time to change our mind on staining or finish if that was needed. We knew what to expect as far as timing and what we needed to provide so there were no surprises.
Payment is contingent on satisfaction and we had ample opportunity to inspect and review prior to payment.
All in all, not only are we very happy how the floors came out but the entire process is one that should be a standard for everybody. We highly recommend Dan's Custom Hardwood Flooring and would not hesitate to use them again .
