Nothing was to much trouble and they gave realistic advise as to options and cost viability of the available options without the big sales pitch/push. Would highly recommend Townsville Marina for anyone considering purchasing a boat. Very happy we chose to go through Townsville Marine.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism we have received from Peter Knack and Townsville Marine throughout the process of looking for our next boat.
Due to the increased demand on boat sales we were not in a position to physically inspect the model we were looking for (Cruise Craft 635HT) and there were no similar models on the floor. Peter went above and beyond to organise an inspection of another customers 635HT, this demonstrated to me that his previous customers hold him in high regard and gave me confidence in his customer service.
Thanks for looking after us Peter, we are looking forward to the delivery of our new Cruise Craft.

Could we have done anything better? Maybe lent me the 6m bar crusher till my 550 arrived..lol na I think everything was handled good thanks. Only one thing I’d like to mention with the 550 first of all I love it handles great plenty of power with the 130hp it could do with more storage compartments as there is a lot of boat and allot of water areas that could be good more a little more essential storage other then that’s it’s great.

My husband and I visited Townsville Marine in March 2020 enquiring about a JetSki but then COVID-19 closed everything and our plans changed. Visited again in November 2029 and Mick Owens remembered us and helped us out with our purchase. Excellent service.

I have dealt with Peter mainly, and Emmanuel store owner as well, and they have both been fantastic with their advice and knowledge on every aspect of boating - I did have lots of questions! New boat is on its way. If you are looking at getting a new boat I would highly recommend visiting Townsville Marine and talk to their friendly expert staff.
