Travelling and purchasing the boat from out of town Mick made the experience easy and worked around my travel plans. Nothing was a problem and the team were there to help all the way to the gate on pick up day and over the phone once I got the boat back home.

Service was excellent. Fridge turned up 2 wks after I brought my boat, had a crack in lid, it’s been over 2wks and still no communication from Cruise Craft or Ever Kool in regards to it being sent back to be fixed. Not happy with that.

I can only speak highly of Mick at Townsville Marine. He is knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk to. This will be my second custom Formosa boat and the first one purchased from this company. The initial contact and quote request was handled efficiently and precisely. We went through quite a few variations before settling on the final model and build. For Mick, nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to the completed build and taking delivery in the coming months. If the handover goes as smoothly as the initial contact and ordering process, I will be a very happy man.

Purchased a second hand quintrex (14 ft, forward steer). The boat as offered had an old school yamaha motor (2 stroke, no electrics, 10 yrs old) and Mick offered a near new mercury 30 hp (4 stroke, full electrics, near new) for a good price.
With a few other minor modifications carried out by the workshop and new safety gear thrown in the deal was done.
We have had 2 trips so far and we are very happy with the boat, the motor and the sales service.
