Great service when explaining my issues and the need for a quick response. The repair took longer due to breaking down elements of the system to identify the real problem. I am disappointed i as the customer do not receive a breakdown of the work tickets on completion of the work, explaining what was repaired/replaced and why. Overall a good service.

Had 21 TMV's serviced and 4 water heaters descaled had two polite and friendly engineers turn up on time and complete the job.
Used TSS for the last 2 years and had Know issues with there work.

Our relationship with TSS began before my time as caretaker. During my tenure here at the school since March 2020, I have used TSS as a go-to resource whenever there was any question of how best to control and prevent bacteria problems in our reasonably complex water system. We use TSS for regular monitoring anyway but it is always good to know that their guidance, support and expertise is just a phone call away.

During Covid, I was security checking the office.
We had an electrical fault in our empty office which was overheating.
TSS had no availability to come out and check out the problem, but said they'd fit us in as an extra early morning call out, which they did.
They sorted out the problem the following week, enabling us to organise a speedy return to the office .
