Had 21 TMV's serviced and 4 water heaters descaled had two polite and friendly engineers turn up on time and complete the job.
Used TSS for the last 2 years and had Know issues with there work.

On this occasion the office were very efficient with communicating and organising the planned work. The Technician arrived in good time every day, he was accommodating with our requests and polite to our residents. Job was completed within the expected timescale.

Our relationship with TSS began before my time as caretaker. During my tenure here at the school since March 2020, I have used TSS as a go-to resource whenever there was any question of how best to control and prevent bacteria problems in our reasonably complex water system. We use TSS for regular monitoring anyway but it is always good to know that their guidance, support and expertise is just a phone call away.

During Covid, I was security checking the office.
We had an electrical fault in our empty office which was overheating.
TSS had no availability to come out and check out the problem, but said they'd fit us in as an extra early morning call out, which they did.
They sorted out the problem the following week, enabling us to organise a speedy return to the office .

I would be very pleased indeed to recommend Messers TSS Facilities to any potential customers, as a retired Senior Heating and Ventilating Engineer of 55 years experience in the UK and the Middle East I certainly know what a good installation should look like, I have dealt with TSS on many occasions and have always been pleased with the work they have carried out commercially, so was very pleased when they agreed to travel to Worthing in order to install a new domestic boiler in my home, Ben the Heating Engineer measured up and quoted for the work and indeed to my pleasure was also the installation Engineer, who due to his due diligence and professionalism carried out an excellent neat and tidy installation which in my day I would have been pleased to have put my name to.

Obviously, being a school, this is best done during school holidays or half term.
