TSS Facilities installed air conditioning units to our Social Care properties. The works were completed to the agreed timescale and cost. Communication and management of the works was very good and the site was left clean and tidy.

The time was a little long as wrong parts ordered and sent. so a number of visits.
also comunnication could have been better re hight of working. But this to be fair is a new branch of the company and was just getting into the swing of things.
but for the company as a whole would give 8/10 with a little room for improvement . But happy customer in the end.

Great service for an air conditioning unit. Initial consultation listened to our needs and offered good suggestions and options. Installation followed a couple of weeks later. Workmen were polite, efficient and clean. Would definitely recommend this company.

Quote came through quickly and acceptable. installation was efficient by two engineers. Completed the installation of the 2 Mitsubishi Heavy Indutries units in a day and left our premises clean and tidy. New system's operation was fully explained.
Would recommend TSS.
