First enquiry was on a Thursday, quote was sent back with the hour so I accepted it immediately. Booked it in for the following Monday and by 11am all installed and now one of my favourite spaces in the house :-)

I can't recommend you highly enough to anyone who wants a hassle free, affordable, outstanding customer service and quick and efficient tradesman.

I almost immediately went to their sister organisation Ace of Space and promptly purchased a whole wall storage system. My garage as never looked so good nor has it felt so organised. It even has that new car smell.

We had others come and quote for flooring in our garage. We were heading towards a floor hardener fleck/paint resin flooring at about $5,700. It looked more practical and washable. But your website allayed many of our fears about waterproofing/cleanable etc. The carpet looks and feels more homely warm and comfortable and we often move the car out and use the garage as a play area for the 9 young grandchildren (building huts, play games etc. at all times of the year). The website was easy to follow, the initial prices caught our eye and drew us in, then the choices and colours, and all the photos. Many other sites showed large industrial sites carpeted or resin flooring that didn't feel like a home garage. Your photos showed us what we were looking for.
After we decided to explore further, the process seemed seamless right through to booking the jobs. Your online 'ask a question' provision and mobile phone accessibility throughout was impressive and responded to promptly. You seemed to be able to easily accommodate our early timeline (we had just retired and were ready to get on with immediately!) and then we met your installer Junior who was a fabulous hardworking polite and gentle person to work with. He was a great ambassador for your company. You might not be aware, that after 37 years living here, on the day of the carpet installation, Fulton Hogan decided to dig up the cul-de-sac outside our property with cones and traffic management half way down the street, and they blocked Junior accessing as there was hot tar seal etc. With some negotiation and Junior driving his vehicle along the verge and footpath, we were able to proceed!
The element of trust with no deposit and pay in full after installation was a rare surprising term and condition in this day and age.

I found affordable garage carpet via Google search. From the first enquiry sent through until the finished product I had excellent customer service. They gave me a number of options with good pricing in my opinion. The installer turned up when they said they would, happy as.

Absolutely rapt with the installation. Prompt contact following initial enquiry via email. Installer arrived on time. Despite the awful weather on the day of install he got it done and our only regret is not getting it done sooner.
