I will be going ahead with the job once the drainage issue is resolved

All was as promised .. speedily laid, excellent price. To be specific, a 'local' company had quoted $2k + for the job .. installation 'asap', meaning weeks of not months ... AGC $632.30, & on the floor in 3 days. Just awesome!
