Wow. A rumpus room. No parallel walls, jack studs and steps at 40 degrees. Took 7 hours to lay by a tenacious layer with amazing skills. Had to cope with steps on three sides ar different levels!

Excellent service, amazingly done in our newly bought house. They are fully booked for the dates I were available, but they still managed to squeeze in a slot at 7 AM!!! Incredible! We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

I does take a few days for the new carpet smell to dissipate so air it as much as possible! Great work team!

Prior to installation there was great communication with the office even when I had to unexpectedly cancel. Installer was fabulous, rang just prior to arrival to advise his ETA. Quick, efficient and easy to chat with. I was, however, a little miffed when I received the email asking me to complete the survey when the installation date was the next day AND even more so that I received the bill before the installer would have been at the end of the road saying it had to be paid immediately.
