I received an excellent service from Supernova group. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in recommendations. He walked us through the concerns and answered any questions we had, he was very practical and reasonable. The report was very speedy and it was a good price for such a thorough service and highlighted areas our initial building survey, when buying the house, failed to even suggest looking into. I would highly recommend to anyone considering an asbestos survey.

Extremely impressed with Antony from Supernova. He did our asbestos report and was efficient and very helpful answering extra questions. On the back of that we got him to do our Fire Risk Assessment. He was incredibly knowledgeable about what is and isn't allowed under the existing rules and delivered a report which will ensure our building is safe to live in. It's also something that our insurers are happy with, and they have since confirmed that once we have undertaken his suggested remedial action we will always be covered in case we need to make a claim against fire damage in the future. Antony was very practical in terms of finding solutions to things like storage problems in the communal area, such that we can stay within the rules. For about £50 we can send him photos to confirm the remedial work has been done, and then he will issue us with a clean bill of health which we can pass on to the insurers and any prospective buyers in the future. Excellent service at a good price. The FRA was delivered the day after his visit.
