The office staff are very efficient and have a great response time. We also always receive the report within a good time after the survey. Very easy process and they dealt with my case quickly and efficiently. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because once they came and took the sample and gave me the results I had no more dealings with them because there was no asbestos so I can not judge how they would have been had I needed further work that would have entailed more. I would recommend them.
