I cannot thank the team at Supernova enough. The moment I called, Liam was able to offer out a bespoke management survey with elements of refurbishment and demolition as I knew I was going to get a boiler and some electrics replaced on my 1930s property. I got an appointment for 3 days later - I couldn't believe the quick turnaround time.
I believe it was Daniel that visited my property. He was polite and helpful - explaining how the process worked and talking about what he had seen. He was very experienced and put my mind at ease about the process and what to expect for a property of this age. He was able to give me a heads up about what may look like asbestos/artex and what wasn't which put my mind at ease.
I now have a clear and detailed report covering samples from over the house (walls, ceilings and near services) that may be cause for concern that I can share with any builders. I'm lucky though as we're asbestos-free!
