Erickson provides excellent customer service with current tech knowledge. We can always reach a live individual at the help desk without having to go through a long, automated service. The help desk is friendly and efficient.

Erickson provides excellent customer service with current tech knowledge. We can always reach a live individual at the help desk without having to go through a long, automated service. The help desk is friendly and efficient. Problems are resolved quickly and efficiently and allow us to get back to work. When some issues have taken longer to address, they are upfront and realistic about time frames to allow us to plan accordingly and continue to see patients.

My experience with Erickson thus far has been excellent. They are very detail oriented and have really put my mind at ease with regards to the new office build out they are helping me with. I'd recommend them highly.

We have been with Erickson Technologies for quite some time. The support team is excellent. They are courteous, can resolve issues right over the phone, and if a technician does need to come on site to assist it is an easy process to schedule. They have met our needs with quality equipment and the appropriate safeguards in place. We highly recommend this company!!

I have been a client of Erickson Dental Technologies for 12 years now and have been very pleased with their service. The inevitable problems that come up with technology are handled very promptly. We recently upgraded our computer hardware and it all went very smoothly. I was expecting more problems than what actually happened and was very pleased with how well it all went. I would highly recommended Erickson to others for their IT needs.

Whenever we hit a bump with our computer hardware or software, Erickson Dental Tech has always been very responsive and professional with handling the problem. They resolve the issue quickly and with minimal disruption to caring for our patients.

They helped with the planning process and worked with the contractor and architect to be sure all necessary wiring/backing was in place. The are always responsive when we need troubleshooting and fix the problem as efficiently as possible. We have been very pleased with our relationship with Erickson.
