I ordered a customized set of corbels for my new house from Pro Wood Market. I found the company online and this was my first time to do business with them. I couldn't have been more pleased. The process of requesting a customized corbel and receiving electronic drawings to approve was very easy and efficient. My corbels came sooner than I was promised. The corbels were perfectly built to specs and packed and shipped with care. They were exactly what I was hoping for and I am a VERY HAPPY customer. Product dimensions were exact, tight miters Minus one star for lack of protection during shipping.Ordered two cedar brackets and they shipped together in same box causing a decent amount of dents.

We bought cedar wood brackets for the pergola that we built on our new composite deck, all stained in a golden teak color. The brackets are on all the corners except those next to the house where we have metal sculptures of bats by a local artist!

Ordering from Pro Wood Market was great, and their products are beautifully made of cedar. The two sales reps I talked to, Jacob and Josh were very helpful in assisting me on the best way of installing two large brackets on the side of my house.

Ordered plain cedar beam to use as mantle. Beam was chipped and dented. Don’t know what mantle beam would have been.
