The service was superb. Jacob walked me through the process and followed up at regular intervals which allayed my concern about ordering a product from out of state and a company I knew nothing about. The overall service and workmanship were absolutely top notch. Prowoodmarket will be my go to company for any future cedar products I need.

The process of requesting a customized corbel and receiving electronic drawings to approve was very easy and efficient. My corbels came sooner than I was promised. The corbels were perfectly built to specs and packed and shipped with care. They were exactly what I was hoping for and I am a VERY HAPPY customer. We bought cedar wood brackets for the pergola that we built on our new composite deck, all stained in a golden teak color. The brackets are on all the corners except those next to the house where we have metal sculptures of bats by a local artist!
