I have twice purchased decorative outdoor corbels from Timber Build. The whole experience was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and find designs I like. When I ordered online, I was so surprised by the wonderful customer service. It was so easy to submit my custom measurements and get a mock-up quickly. Instead of being an online only experience, one of the customer service representatives (Jacob) called me to finalize the design and arrange payment. He then followed up with status emails throughout the production process. Jacob was so friendly and helpful. I’m a huge fan of Timber Build and refer all my friends who need decorative woodworking.

Had a job building two gable awning roof structures over some exterior doors on a brick home. Called and spoke to Jacob, who was very helpful in planning all the details for the four brackets needed. He suggested that they could factory bore the mounting holes with a counter bore that would accept a filler plug. The job turned out great!

Would highly recommend this company for custom fabrication of architectural details that you will not find in big box stores, or even in quality lumber yards,. They are truly a step above and I will keep their contact info in my reference file for future use. I would give them 5 stars without any hesitation. (Unfortunately, the "Write a Review" section of their site doesn't identify which indicator circles correspond to the star numbers. Hopefully I guessed correctly.)
