My experience with TimberBuild was outstanding. The person I dealt with (Jacob) was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful in selecting the best wood for my application. He also took care of modifying the standard designs to accommodate the pitch of my roof. The brackets are extremely well built, fit perfectly and look great, and were packaged very well for shipping.
