Achieving our Cyber Essential accreditation was made much simpler by having ITG providing guidance while monitoring and securing our network. Ben called me as soon as he was notified of a problem by Microsoft, he immediately stepped in, identified that 2 email addresses had been compromised and closed them down to protect the data held in the emails. He was able to (within 30 minutes or so), find the source of the problem, did the investigative work and was able to get the emails operational within 2 hours. We changed from our previous IT company to ITG and it was the best decision ever.
