I have used this firm as the supplier of my IT equipment and support for many years now. The service has always been excellent. There is always someone to speak to if anything goes wrong or if I do not understand any aspect of the setup (which is usually more to the point). Any issue is routinely dealt with speedily by the friendly members of staff. I receive numerous approaches to change suppliers but have no intention of changing when things work so well.

ITG provide an excellent level of service for us. Someone is always available over the phone for any immediate queries. They are quick at actioning any requests through their online portal and provide good hardware upgrades to our units when needed!
