Having been a customer of ITGs for many years, I find they consistently 'raise the bar' for customer service. No problem is too big, or small to fix and their response times are awesome! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Keep up the great work guys!

I have used this firm as the supplier of my IT equipment and support for many years now. The service has always been excellent. There is always someone to speak to if anything goes wrong or if I do not understand any aspect of the setup (which is usually more to the point). Any issue is routinely dealt with speedily by the friendly members of staff. I receive numerous approaches to change suppliers but have no intention of changing when things work so well.

ITG provide an excellent level of service for us. Someone is always available over the phone for any immediate queries. They are quick at actioning any requests through their online portal and provide good hardware upgrades to our units when needed!

Despite the geography between our Company and iTG, this has not been an issue, as help is always on hand remotely and in certain cases able to come to us in person if requested.

ITG have just helped us as we relocated office. Despite several changes of move date and incomplete wiring provision the team had us up and working straight away and they stayed until everything was tested and everyone happy. Excellent service.
