I needed help with a last minute quick turnaround print job. Matt was very helpful from start to finish and everything arrived on time. The only downside was that payment had to be made by PayPal and as this was an order for work, this proved somewhat tricky and time consuming to make payment from the company account.

Quality of service and printing very good. Soft lamination like a peach.
A couple of imperfections on a few of the laminations, but only a very small amount in the large print run.

My experience on live chat today was resolved and the agent I spoke to was very helpful so I give five stars to the agent. However, I feel that a phone call would be quicker instead of waiting for the agent to type, then for me to type. It's frustrating that you get through to an agent quicker via live chat than you do by phone. It's a shame that the world is going more that way and businesses only want to talk to a customer as a last resort.
