The service was initially excellent: I submitted my work and had an email confirming it was ready to pick up within a few hours. However, the website and Google site do not indicate the right opening times for the store (6pm instead of the advertised 6:30pm), and I arrived at a store that was closed. I asked over email if the store could be open for an extra 15 minutes so I could make it in time after work, and was reassured that this would be the case. However, as I was on my way there, I was told that the store would not stay open past 6pm. Clarity of communication would have been appreciated.

I am very pleased with Azoprint, the service is friendly, helpful and fast. I have used them for reproducing a picture that was about 4 to 5 feet wide and and about 3 foot tall and for a one off print of a soft copy book of over 200 pages. On both occasions I was delighted and surprised by how good the results were and how quickly everything was done.

Received poor quality prints. The colours are way off from my designs and the company are trying to blame my designs although I have sent them sufficient evidence. I have printed the same designs using another company and the prints came out better. This was disregarded so I printed my designs at home to show the difference in colour however this was also disregarded. The company are not willing to refund me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience at Azo was excellent. Throughout the process of designing my order, each of the workers I corresponded with were helpful and patient. I was very pleased with the quality of the print and will most definitely be using their services in the future.
