Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or commitments. Once canceled, you won’t be billed for future charges.
How much does it cost for more than 5 Team Members?
The Team plan includes up to 5 Team Members. For 6 or more Team Members, check out the Team+ plan above! Each additional Team Member is $9 CAD per month. For example, if you have 10 Team Members, that's $99 per month.
How do I change my plan?
Your plan will automatically adjust when you add or remove Team Members. You can check your current plan and pricing anytime in the Billing section.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! As a Quotient customer, you’ll get your own personal referral link. Share it with friends, and for every successful referral, you’ll earn $100 in credit. Learn more about our referral program.
