Following acceptance
We will contact you within 24 hours of quote acceptance to arrange a date and time for surveying to begin.
If you have any existing property file information documents, we politely request they be forwarded on so we can best prepare for work carried out on site.
Payment and terms
We require a downpayment of 20% to secure your booking. The balance of your job is due within 7 days of work being completed.
Payment is accepted via cash, card, check, or bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, please use the quote number at the top of this page and your surname as payment reference.

As such, we guarantee our standard property surveying services will take no longer than 3 weeks from first contact to providing you with your survey documents. We also guarantee our work is complete and accurate.
Should you be unsatisfied with any of our services, we will redo them at no charge to you, to our Express Service time frame of 4 business days.
