Step 1: No obligation free design consultation
Before material is cut and sewn, one of our talented furniture designers will visit you in your home to discuss design specifications, take measurements, and nail down delivery timeframes.
Our design consultations take no more than 90 minutes. This visit is completely free of charge, and is totally no obligation - if you’re curious about custom furniture, this is the perfect time to explore what we can achieve for you with no pressure to put money down.
We have late hours to suit busy working schedules on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 9pm.
Step 3: Delivery and assembly
Once your furniture is completed to specifications, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time to deliver to your home - free of charge.
We work with some of the best professional movers in the region, who are extensively experienced in ensuring no damage is done to your property or home.
If any reassembly is required, our staff will do this on delivery, so you can enjoy your furniture right away.
After accepting this quote
We will contact you within 24 hours of acceptance to discuss a suitable time to schedule your design consultation.
Workmanship and materials guarantee
From design to delivery, we guarantee our workmanship is of the highest caliber, and that the materials we use are of the utmost quality.
As such, if there are any issues whatsoever with the furniture we have created for you within 5 years of delivery, we will repair or replace your pieces free of charge.
Please note that your warranty does not include general wear and tear or physical damage incurred.
