Following acceptance of this quote, our staff will contact you to arrange an initial meetup with your pet sitter.
This meet-up is complementary, at no cost to you, and allows you to determine whether your sitter is a good fit for your pet. This meetup is also the perfect time to discuss any requirements, requests, or medication information that is relevant for care of your pet.
Following your meetup, we will lock in dates and times for your dog-sitting job.

All staff are carefully vetted and security checked prior to working with us, guaranteeing you total safety while using our services. Whether for an overnight in-home stay, or a day visit, both your animal and your property will be treated with the utmost respect and care.
Payment terms and conditions
We require payment in full prior to the first day of your booking. Payment is accepted via cash, check, online funds transfer, or credit card.
Should you need to reschedule your booking for any reason, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
