Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or commitments. Once canceled, you won’t be billed for future charges.
How much does it cost for more than 5 Team Members?
The Team plan includes up to 5 Team Members. For 6 or more Team Members, check out the Team+ plan above! Each additional Team Member is $10 NZD per month. For example, if you have 10 Team Members, that's $114 per month.
How do I change my plan?
Your plan will automatically adjust when you add or remove Team Members, or when you create more than 100 Quotes in a month. You can check your current plan and pricing anytime in the Billing section.
Can I send emails from my own domain?
Yes! With Custom Domains for Email, you can send emails from your own domain, giving your communications a more professional and familiar look to your customers. This is a paid upgrade costing an additional $10 NZD per month per account, and requires adding DNS records for domain authentication.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! As a Quotient customer, you’ll get your own personal referral link. Share it with friends, and for every successful referral, you’ll earn $100 in credit. Learn more about our referral program.
Do you offer a discount for multiple accounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you manage two or more accounts under the same subscription.
