Update Contact & Resend

If a Quote email bounces because the recipient’s email address is incorrect, follow these steps to update the Contact and resend the Quote:

1. Open the bounce notification email from Quotient.
2. Hit ‘Update Contact & Resend’.
3. Update the Contact’s email address.
4. Resend the Quote.
