We got married at Vasilias Inn on 09/09/25 and we can truly say we had the BEST day & that was definitely down to how much help Vicki @ tie the knot was. Vicki at Tietheknot was the most amazing planner. Not only did she guide and advise us throughout the planning stage she also ensured our special day went smoothly.
Vicki responded to any queries or questions within a few hours and nothing was too much trouble.
The suppliers Vicki recommends were all excellent and very professional. The decor was beautiful as were the flowers and the cake.
We chose Atlantida Beach Bar as our venue and couldn't have been more pleased. The sky was blue and so was the sea!

I couldn’t recommend Vicky enough! We only ever communicated through emails and the whole process was stress free. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Vicki and I felt so much at ease knowing our big day was in safe hands. I felt like I was always asking silly questions or repeating myself months down the line and she was so friendly and polite, it was lovely meeting her for the first time days before the wedding. What a fabulous day we had on our wedding day which was on Tuesday 8th October. We are just coming back to reality now we are at the airport to come home. Where do I even begin because thank you doesn’t seem enough. Honestly, Vicki made our day everything we dreamed of and more. It’s very hard to plan a wedding in another country without seeing anything in person but Vicki made it so effortlessly easy from start to finish.

Our wedding day will be a day we remember for the rest of our lives, it was such a magical, emotional and perfect day, all my guests loved it and so did we. There isn’t one thing I would change, it was everything I could have imagined.

We honestly cannot thank Vicki enough! Right from the first phone call we had from her she was fabulous. She sorted absolutely everything for us, helped us source vendors and guided us to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. She helped us with choosing our venue and all her recommendations for vendors suited our wedding day perfectly. She guided us with planning a day at a venue (and actually a country) we’d never even visited which was just invaluable to us giving an impartial opinion on our ideas (and at times crazy requests). Every single vendor we met as part of the wedding confirmed what we already knew about the quality of Vicki’s wedding co-ordinating, many stating they were the best wedding planner they’d worked with in Cyprus (which we definitely agree with!).
Vicki’s responses to our queries and requests were virtually instant and the planning portal allowed us to keep track of everything from the plan of our day to the things we had booked. As we booked 18 months in advance Vicki kept us up to date regularly with any outstanding tasks and just removed any stress we had of planning a wedding.
Vicki guided us through all the documentation side and legal process of getting married in Cyprus sending extremely detailed manuals, checking our documents prior to flying and accompanying us to town hall in Cyprus to present the documents, which completely took away all the legal side stresses. Vicki even arranged for our marriage certificates to be delivered to the hotel after the wedding.
Vicki attended our wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to just be present in the moment and enjoy our day without worrying about the logistics. Our wedding day was planned, down to even the smallest details, perfectly and for that we will always be grateful that Vicki was recommended to us and was able to be a part of our special day 🤍

Would absolutely recommend tie the knot / Vicki to anyone considering a wedding in Cyprus. We had never been to Cyprus before and put our trust completely in Vicki; and she did not disappoint.
We were given all the information we could possibly need from the beginning of the process, right through until the big day.
Vicki made sure to give us plenty of options, personal views and opinions when we asked for them, and was always on hand to answer questions promptly and was also very proactive in preempting follow up questions we may have to avoid delays.
Vicki organised everything down to the last detail and we had minimal work to do which only really involved liaising with vendors when we had to give specific orders or personal views on things for the day.

Can not recommend Vicki enough! From our 1st zoom call I had complete confidence in Vicki. The whole process was so easy and her attention to detail is amazing.
