Vikki was both professional and personal with her care, I unfortunately ended up in hospital a couple of days before our wedding and Vikki was on hand when I had to contact her early on a Sunday morning to cancel appointments with suppliers and continued to check on me up until the wedding day.

What a fabulous day we had on our wedding day which was on Tuesday 8th October. We are just coming back to reality now we are at the airport to come home. Vicki has been amazing getting our paperwork sorted. She has taken alot of the stress away. So we could enjoy having a holiday in Cyprus rather than us running around getting stressed. Where do I even begin because thank you doesn’t seem enough. Honestly, Vicki made our day everything we dreamed of and more. It’s very hard to plan a wedding in another country without seeing anything in person but Vicki made it so effortlessly easy from start to finish.

Our wedding day will be a day we remember for the rest of our lives, it was such a magical, emotional and perfect day, all my guests loved it and so did we. There isn’t one thing I would change, it was everything I could have imagined.

We honestly cannot thank Vicki enough! Right from the first phone call we had from her she was fabulous. She sorted absolutely everything for us, helped us source vendors and guided us to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. She helped us with choosing our venue and all her recommendations for vendors suited our wedding day perfectly. She guided us with planning a day at a venue (and actually a country) we’d never even visited which was just invaluable to us giving an impartial opinion on our ideas (and at times crazy requests). Every single vendor we met as part of the wedding confirmed what we already knew about the quality of Vicki’s wedding co-ordinating, many stating they were the best wedding planner they’d worked with in Cyprus (which we definitely agree with!).
Vicki’s responses to our queries and requests were virtually instant and the planning portal allowed us to keep track of everything from the plan of our day to the things we had booked. As we booked 18 months in advance Vicki kept us up to date regularly with any outstanding tasks and just removed any stress we had of planning a wedding.
Vicki guided us through all the documentation side and legal process of getting married in Cyprus sending extremely detailed manuals, checking our documents prior to flying and accompanying us to town hall in Cyprus to present the documents, which completely took away all the legal side stresses. Vicki even arranged for our marriage certificates to be delivered to the hotel after the wedding.
Vicki attended our wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to just be present in the moment and enjoy our day without worrying about the logistics. Our wedding day was planned, down to even the smallest details, perfectly and for that we will always be grateful that Vicki was recommended to us and was able to be a part of our special day 🤍

The people she recommended were all fantastic from entertainment to hair and make up and the venue we chose was vasilias Nikoklis inn and I can’t fault them at all. Would absolutely recommend tie the knot / Vicki to anyone considering a wedding in Cyprus. We had never been to Cyprus before and put our trust completely in Vicki; and she did not disappoint.
We were given all the information we could possibly need from the beginning of the process, right through until the big day.
Vicki made sure to give us plenty of options, personal views and opinions when we asked for them, and was always on hand to answer questions promptly and was also very proactive in preempting follow up questions we may have to avoid delays.
Vicki organised everything down to the last detail and we had minimal work to do which only really involved liaising with vendors when we had to give specific orders or personal views on things for the day.
We couldn’t believe how easy the whole thing was, but I have no doubt this was down to expert planning, vickis great working relationships, and her expertise in the industry.

Can not recommend Vicki enough! From our 1st zoom call I had complete confidence in Vicki. The whole process was so easy and her attention to detail is amazing. There is nothing more we could have wanted for our special day. Vicki is quick to respond to messages and her online portal/planner is so easy to use and you can see everything on there. Vicki is nothing short of exceptional at what she does, professional, reliable and a down to earth, friendly lady.

We were first recommended Tie The Knot through a friend of a friend, which always helps when you are approaching a wedding planner, but I can 100% in my own opinion, vouch for Vicki.

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but planning it in another country is next level, but Vicki's attention to detail, eye for style and class is exactly what we wanted for our special day and she did not disappoint.

From the first video call to our final goodbyes, she has been incredible.

There honestly doesn't seem enough words on this earth to explain how exquisite our wedding day was. i could not recommend vicki enough !! i was apprehensive to book a wedding abroad as i was worried i wouldn’t feel in control but Vicki made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout the whole process. we booked 2 years in advance so had a lot of time to chat with her but she was very efficient in answering all of our questions and was super helpful in recommending services/places in cyprus. we found her client pages super helpful and easy to use we really couldn’t have done it without her!!

There was absolutely no stress throughout any of it, we were never made to feel like we were asking too many questions. Questions were answered really quickly and we never felt pressured with anything.

When we booked our wedding with tie the knot we had lots of ideas as to how we wanted the day to go. And the obvious concerns about pulling it together and pulling it off.

Vicki and the team were great. They used all their experience (and knowledge of what we wanted) to put on an incredible wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The comments from everyone attending saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to says it all.

From the bus to the venue, the venue itself (liopetro which is incredible), the entertainment, the schedule and timings, the singer and the dj, mini mania, photographers and all of the other people, suppliers and businesses involved were absolutely amazing. We can’t thank them all enough for making our special day exceed all our hopes and dreams.

Any minor hiccup (which there were very few and is always going to happen with an event so big and planned for so long) was dealt with promptly and effectively.
