At the end of the process the product that we have received is great and provides just what we wanted. As far as the communication process went this was poor with a number of areas not well covered which lead to an inappropriate electrical connection which will need to be repaired by us.
For the benefit of the business I hope they take on board the comments that I personally passed on to them to better assist other customers in the future.

Would totally recommend Marlow & Finch. Great service, we had an issue with one of the blinds when installed and they were quick to resolve this issue even during the busy Christmas/New Year period. Could not fault them if I tried. I would definitely use them again if need be, but hopefully will be staying in our new home for a long, long time.

You need to stipulate a very firm budget up front and ask first for measure up and then what fabrics can be done for said measurements within budget because it will quickly go over budget when they show you ‘better’ fabrics. However pleased with service and result.

Blinds installed were good but the chains in all windows worked differently. Some windows, you need to pull the back chain for raising blind and some windows, you need to pull the front chain instead.

Pricing was actually cheaper for high quality bespoke product than the quote I got from a franchised mainstream blinds supplier, let alone installation waiting times. I’m utterly thrilled.
