The Desktop Alerts product itself does exactly what we needed it to do, it is easy to use, easy to manage and extremely versatile.
We are actually using it in different ways to initially intended.
We cannot recommend Schoolwatch and the Desktop Alerts software highly enough.

Schoolwatch done our CCTV installation in 2020. Their quality of work was excellent. The initial planning stage was very thorough. Our old system at the time was very obsolete and lots of pre planning was done to gather as much information as possible to provide a smooth transition over to the new system. The work and project was completed to a very high standard. Since our initial upgrade 2 years ago, I have had Schoolwatch back as recently as February this year for additional upgrades and improvements to our site. We also receive excellent remote support and ongoing maintenance with them on any issues that have occurred over the past couple of years. I would highly recommend.
